A FAMILY STORY

Stile Latino is much more than a fashion company, it is above all a family that has its roots in the history of Neapolitan tailoring. Founded by Vincenzo Attolini, Stile Latino represents the evolution of a sartorial skill that has spanned many generations. Vincenzo Attolini has embraced this important family tradition and, from a young age, developed an extraordinary technical capability for the product. Today, together with his sons Cesare Mattia and Emiliano and his wife Donatella, he pursues this new idea of tailoring.

The success of Stile Latino is the result of the work of a competent and close-knit team, which works every day to make the company's dream come true. Each member of the team brings with him a young and creative vision, combined with a solid technical knowledge. Vincenzo Attolini

Vincenzo took his first steps into the world of men's fashion in the 80s, when he and his father Cesare founded the first family tailor shop, putting to use the teachings of his grandfather, universally recognized as the founder of the Neapolitan jacket.

His studies at the Academy of Fashion in Naples led him to unexplored territories, especially in the field of modelling. He continuously studies new solutions, new balances, develops a passion for raw materials, studies anatomical shapes, looks at social changes, and evolving trends.

He feels the need for change, sensing that it is time to revise and update the representation of tailoring dress codes. Stile Latino represents the culmination of this creative journey: it is both a synthesis and an evolution of technical knowledge and artistic insights that place the company today at the center of a world suspended between tradition and innovation, where tradition represents the root and innovation the outcome.

The new generation

Vincenzo Attolini is supported in his project by his two sons, Cesare Mattia and Emiliano, who respectively hold the positions of Commercial Director and Product Manager, and by his wife Donatella, who is responsible for the Marketing Department. 
They constitute a young and cohesive team working consistently alongside Vincenzo, providing valuable contributions through a vibrant and creative vision.

Cesare Mattia

Cesare Mattia, the elder of the two, grew up in close contact with his father, and has been used to being involved in family business since very young, breathing the creative ferment and witnessing the birth of new collections. He discovered his artistic vein early on, which he first poured into music, his great passion, graduating from the University of West London.

Subsequently, he decided to put his creative flair to the service of Stile Latino by actively participating in the creation of the new collections. His international experience and numerous trips around the world in the company of his father Vincenzo, allowed him to get to know many different cultures and gradually build an international network of relationships.

Today he runs the commercial area, always travelling in search for new destinations where the family brand can be promoted.

Emiliano

Emiliano

ATTOLINI

Emiliano, the second son of the family, has always followed his father in the company, developing a particular interest in the production areas and always staring with curious eyes at the tailors intent on making the garments with care and love. Music also plays a key role for Emiliano, who from an early age showed excellent skills as a musician. He founded a band, wrote lyrics, and became an accomplished guitarist.

The call of his roots, however, is stronger: he soon joins the company and alongside with his father he learns the secrets of tailoring, acquiring the technical structure of a garment and studying all the production processes. The search for harmony is a common trait between music and garment making, this is what connects the two arts for Emiliano.

Today he is in charge of the product area and 'Made to measure', he is responsible for the quality control of garments and the management of relations with VIP customers.

Donatella

Donatella, Head of Marketing and Communication and designer of the women’s line that bears her name is Vincenzo Attolini’s wife.

Daughter of a well-known Neapolitan tailor, she has breathed the perfume of tailoring since her young age, remaining enchanted for hours observing her father at the work table. She also pursues another great passion: journalism. After graduating in Political Science, she has been collaborating with some local newspapers, where she met the one who will become her husband: Vincenzo, who invited her to the company and it was love at first sight.

Donatella immediately realises the worth of what she sees, and how valuable the work of those hands is. She feels she has to tell the company using a language that she internalised from an early age. Donatella is well aware that the fashion industry is constantly evolving and that the language to be used, needs to go beyond traditional communication means. This is how she becomes the manager of the entire communication and marketing area, where she takes care of all advertising campaigns and all relations with publishing and information channels.

Today she defines the strategy together with the team, committing herself to monitor the actions carried out on all channels and dealing with the supervision of content (digital and non-digital) and the organisation of events and major appointments related to the fashion industry. Her goal is to generate value by making sure every opportunity is exploited to the fullest. Thanks to her training and expertise gained alongside Vincenzo Attolini, Donatella has also created a women’s line that bears her name.
