The outcome is a contemporary suit with a black and white Prince of Wales pattern composed of a single-breasted 2-button jacket and high-waisted 1 dart trousers. The jacket with its soft and relaxed construction conveys extreme freedom of movement, thanks to the presence of side slits and the absence of shoulder pads. The trousers, too, combine comfort and class with a dart to ensure maximum wear on the hips, enhanced by the application of an extended waistband and side straps, the whole while keeping faith to sartorial canons.
