JOB APPLICATION POLICY ON MATTERS OF PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

By enacting the EU Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR"), we provide you with the following information regarding the processing of your personal data and the purposes thereof.

Data is collected by filling in the form on the website. In compliance with the GDPR, the processing is based on principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency and protection of confidentiality.

Your personal data is used for selection procedures, in particular, in order to verify the prerequisites for selection, recruitment and/or for a possible work collaboration, as per your request.

  1. Personal data subject to processing

    In particular, the personal data in question concern:

    Name, address or other elements of personal identification, work-related data, social security data, educational and work curriculum.

  2. "Special" data

    On an potential and exceptional basis, the Data Controller may become aware of whether or not the data subject belongs to protected categories, or of other personal data that, according to the wording of the law, falls into the category of "special" data, such as data disclosing racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organisations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade unionist nature; as well as personal data disclosing health and sex life.

    The provision of data is optional and is left to the discretion of the applicant who, without any solicitation from the Controller, submits his/her curriculum vitae. Failure to provide the data, will make it impossible to proceed with the verification of the prerequisites for selection procedures, recruitment and/or the start of any working collaboration with the Controller.

  3. Modes of data use

    Personal data may be processed not only by electronic means, but also by non-automated means, and the processing is carried out solely following logic operations and transactions, as well as forms of data organisation that are strictly necessary in relation to the aforementioned obligations, tasks or purposes.

  4. Scope of data circulation

    Data may be used by the personnel of the Controller, who have been assigned a specific role and who have been given adequate operating instructions in order to avoid loss, destruction, unauthorised access or unauthorised processing of the data. Your personal data will only be made accessible to those within the company organisation who require it, due to their job or hierarchical position. Third party companies that carry out instrumental activities on behalf of the Controller may also use the data, the latter acting as data processors and under the direction and control of the Controller.

  5. Non-disclosure of data

    Your personal data shall not be disclosed to unspecified persons.

  6. Transfer of data abroad

    The aforementioned personal data is mainly stored and managed on the company server. Should it become necessary to transfer the data to countries outside the EU, such transfer will always take place in compliance with Art. 45 et seq. of the GDPR, stipulating, if necessary, agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection and/or adopting the standard contractual clauses envisaged by the European Commission. 

  7. Duration of data storage

    The data shall be kept exclusively for the time necessary to the fulfilment of the tasks envisaged for the selection of the applicant and, in any case, no longer than 24 months from its collection, except in the event of a possible employment and/or collaboration relationship.

  8. No consent required

    Your consent to the processing is not required as the processing concerns data contained in curricula spontaneously submitted by the interested parties for the purposes of the potential establishment of an employment/collaboration relationship. The same applies to any special data submitted in the same manner by the data subject, for which consent is excluded by current national and European Union legislation.

  10. Exercise of the rights

    At any time you may have access to your personal data, obtain the modification or deletion, or restriction to processing in the cases provided by law, or you may object to their use in the presence of a legitimate interest of the Controller or you can exercise the right to data portability, should the relevant conditions be met.

    We also remind you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, if you believe that your rights have not been respected or that you have not received a response to your request in accordance with the law.
