Terms and conditions of sale
All sales prices of the products displayed and reported on this website are to be intended in Euros, Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Pounds. Shipping charges, both for sales in and extra-EU, excluded all customs duties, shall be borne by Stile Latino.
In the event of a price discrepancy detected after the purchase order has been placed, the Customer or Stile Latino may give notice by telephone or e-mail to the other party and withdraw, before the item is shipped and without any penalty, from the commitment to purchase.
The Customer may purchase the products from the catalogue of this site upon sending the order. The pictures and information contained in the description of the products, though being drawn up with the highest accuracy possible, may not be fully complete and exhaustive with the characteristics of the goods they refer to; the colours of pictures, indeed, may be differently displayed depending on the monitor used each the purchaser. The concept “product defect” shall not include those minor defects deriving from the type of material and the craftsman manufacturing.
Stile Latino shall give confirmation of the order receipt by replying via e-mail to the email address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message shall report all details entered by the Client, who in turn undertakes to verify the correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections. The contract between the Customer and Stile Latino shall be deemed concluded only after the e-mail of contract acceptance by Stile Latino has been sent. By placing an order on this site, the Customer declares having read the conditions of sale, the proposed payment terms and the entire purchase process. The legislation expressly referred to for distance contracts is provided for under Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.
The contract shall be concluded directly with the consumer/purchaser accessing the Internet site corresponding to the address www.stilelatino.com, where, by following the reported procedures, he/she will get to a proposal to purchase the products.
An invoice can be issued for the item shipped at each order placed on this site. The invoice is issued (if requested) at the same time as the order is processed and sent by email upon purchase. The invoice shall be issued on the basis of the information provided by the Customer during the purchase process. Once issued, the invoice cannot be modified in any of the details reported in it. The amounts reported on the invoice shall be in the currency of the purchase.
LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY
All products sold by Stile Latino at www.stilelatino.com are covered by the legal guarantee provided for under the Italian Consumer Code (lgs. Decree 206/2003).
In order to benefit from the customer support service during the guarantee period, the Customer is required to keep the payment receipt or the receipt (if required) attached to the shipping.
Size change is always possible free of charges and all the related costs shall be borne by Stile Latino.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Article 52 of the aforementioned Consumer Code, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason whatsoever, without the need to provide justifications.The Customer may exercise the said right within 14 days upon delivery of the goods: he/she will be reimbursed the price paid for the item deducted of the shipping costs for returning the goods, which usually account for around 10%.
For the return to be accepted, the goods must be intact and accurately packaged, so as not to undergo any damage during transport. They shall be in the original packaging, complete in all its parts; in order to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to place it in a second box.
SPECIAL POLICIES FOR EXTRA-EU RETURNS
Without prejudice to what reported in the previous paragraph, Customers located outside EU, who should wish to exercise the right to withdrawal, after having accepted the terms reported in this Sales conditions, will have the customs duties to enter their country deducted, at a flat rate – already quantified at the moment of purchase.
Any product defects, of any kind, must be reported within 48 hours from receipt of the package, by attaching photographic evidence capable of highlighting the defect detected. In the absence of notification, the product shall be considered as received perfectly intact. If the returned item shall report defects not notified in accordance with this paragraph, it cannot be accepted.
Customers purchasing a product shall use the return bill contained in the parcel and write to [email protected] , unless in case of return for a product defects.
Upon receipt of the returned item and once checked that all the above requirements have been met, the Customer will receive an e-mail of acceptance of return, or, in case a decrease in value of the returned products should be observed, will receive an e-mail containing the amount to be deducted as a reimbursement curtailment. Regardless of the payment method used by the Customer, the refund shall be activated in the shortest time possible and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the request to exercise the right of withdrawal was received.
The sums paid by the Customer for the purchase of the products shall be credited or refunded within 14 (fourteen) days.
The payment methods available on our website are: Paypal, Bank account, credit card, bank transfer, Scalapay.
SHIPPING AND COSTS
Worldwide shipping is possible and it is performed according to the conditions reported before finalizing the purchase.
Product shipping times can range - depending on the destination - from 5 to 7 working days, except in extraordinary circumstances independent from our control. For orders received between 22nd December and 2nd January, the delivery time may be around 15 working days.
In case bank transfer is chosen as a payment method, the shipment shall only start upon verifying that the due amount was credited. A few days may be required for the actual crediting of the amount.
